All catering within Hudson Yards must be ordered via the the kitchen's ordering system, CaterTrax.

Restaurant Associates is the exclusive caterer for all Hudson Yards meetings and events. As such, no outside catering deliveries will be permitted inside the building.

• All orders must be entered 2 business days prior to the event to ensure availability. Late orders will be subject to changes based on product availability and incur a $50.00 late order fee.
• Orders requiring service outside of normal business hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM) are subject to additional staffing charges.
• Order Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges if cancelled inside of the cancellation window.
• Special events, menu change requests, and specialty product orders may incur additional charges for staffing ad rental needs.
