Delivery times are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Orders requiring services before or after delivery times are subject to additional Staffing Charges.
All orders MUST be placed by 2:00pm the day before the date of the service to ensure availability. Late orders will be subject to changes based on product availability and incur a $50.00 late order fee.
Orders placed the day of the event are subject to Chef's choice and will incur a $75.00 rush fee.
Adjustments to packages, such as additions or substitutions, may be subject to additional charges.
For items where a minimum guest count applies, the minimum will be charged, even though a lesser number is ordered.
Orders cancelled/rescheduled to a new week after 5 pm on the day prior to event will be charged full amount of order.
Orders cancelled/rescheduled to a new week after 5pm 2 days prior to event time will be charged 50% of the total ordered amount.
Specialty items ordered will be charged the full amount regardless of order cancelation.
Orders requesting China will incur the cost of the rental.
Equipment missing at time of pick-up will be charged to the guest.
Kosher menu alternatives are available and require 48 hour notice.
Special Event requests require a minimum of 72 hour notice, but it is highly recommended that you contact us at least two weeks in advance to guarantee availability of menu items and staff.
Special events may incur charges for staffing and rental needs.
